62Susan Walsh April 11, 2013 at 7:53 pm My eyebrows shot into my hairline reading that story.

I know, it’s unbelievable. Come to think of it, that would definitely qualify as sexual harassment. Surely he was not allowed to do that! I don’t recall what she said in response, but she wasn’t offended. We thought it was the funniest thing we’d ever heard. We teased that she must have a beautiful vagina. He stood in awe of her mucus. :P

63Sam April 12, 2013 at 1:16 pm What I was getting at is what has been beaten to death a million times on here – give the guys who aren’t loud-mouthed douches, or great at cold approaches or small talk a chance by helping a conversation along, and/or going to repeat activities which gives us a chance to display other forms of mastery/dominance not as readily observable in brief social interactions as alpha style social dominance is. You may find yourself pleasantly surprised by those other things he has going for him which were not readily apparent. Unless you aren’t into things like motorbikes, but, as you said, most women are, and that was the point.

For better or worse, its part of my angle that I intentionally don’t lead with my motorcycle, negs, or other pretentious crap, because I don’t want to attract someone who is attracted to those things, never mind who the bloke is they have their arms wrapped around, engine thrumming. Rather, I want to attract someone who is attracted to me without those things, because acts get old, motorcycles get sold, and then who or what are you left with? Or who are they left with?

Give me a shot and something to work with without knowing about my bike, and I just might surprise you with a shot at riding it. Not the other way around.

Lol, I had to slap myself when I read that story, “Nope, we are not doing this!”. I have been hit on quite a few times by the medical staff, don’t know why, they must hang out so much with sick people, they appreciate the healthy. OTOH, one of my BFF got told by her GYN that her hymen was still partially there so I guess she could see there was not much action going on there. Maybe a new incentive to ask your “less spoiled” patients out?
